Julie L. Dupont was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2006 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas. She received her B.G.S. degree from Louisiana State University in 2002, and her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University in 2006. While in law school, she was a member of the Corporate Law Society and the Association for Public Interest Law.

Julie L. Dupont was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2006 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.  She received her B.G.S. degree from Louisiana State University in 2002, and her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University in 2006.
While in law school, she was a member of the Corporate Law Society and the Association for Public
Interest Law.  Ms. Dupont is a current member of the State Bar of Texas, as well as a member of the
Community Associations Institute (CAI).  Ms. Dupont has written numerous articles and given many
presentations on various aspects of real estate and community association law.  She most recently served as a contributor  for a chapter on condominium foreclosures for the 3 rd Edition of the Texas Foreclosure Manual published by the State Bar of Texas.  She has also served as an expert witness on the homeowners association foreclosure and redemption processes as established by the Texas Property Code.  In her litigation experience, Ms. Dupont has handled numerous community association cases involving a broad array of claims including collections and foreclosures, enforcement of restrictive covenants, oil and gas, defamation and antitrust, as well as defense of associations, officers and directors. Ms. Dupont is also an avid marathon runner, and she qualified for and ran the 118th Boston Marathon held on April 21, 2014.
