Grant Figari was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2020. Mr. Figari received his Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King’s College in 2015. In 2020, Mr. Figari received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, Mr. Figari competed on the National Trial Team, where he earned several recognitions for his oral advocacy skills and was admitted to the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Figari also interned at the North Carolina Court of Appeals while in law school.
At Riddle & Williams, P.C., Mr. Figari represents clients in a variety of legal matters, including commercial and real estate litigation, construction litigation, assessment collection and foreclosure matters, defense of breach of duty claims against directors and managers, breach of contract claims, covenant enforcement, writing and amending governing documents, contract review and interpretation, and other general litigation matters.
Although fully equipped to aggressively pursue matters through trial, Mr. Figari emphasizes efficiency in his practice and frequently advises clients on how to assess and value claims early, so they can make informed decisions about the cost-benefit of litigation.
Mr. Figari is a current member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and DFW/Community Associations Institute (CAI). Before practicing law, Mr. Figari worked in New York City, where he spent his free time coaching his undergraduate Mock Trial team.
