Grant P. Boston

Grant P. Boston was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2014 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Texas. He received his B.A. (cum laude) degree in 2010 from Abilene Christian University and a J.D. in 2013 from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Boston practiced in the Consumer Advocacy Clinic and clerked in multiple Dallas area law firms where he assisted with litigation matters including contract disputes, employment law matters, and oil and gas disputes. Since graduation, Mr. Boston has focused is practice on civil litigation, including handling contract disputes, personal injury, insurance coverage, insurance defense, construction defect, consumer protection, and community association matters. At Riddle & Williams, P.C., Mr. Boston represents community associations in a variety of legal matters, including assessment collection and foreclosure matters, construction defects, defense of breach of duty claims against directors, breach of contract claims, covenant enforcement, contract review and interpretation, and other general litigation matters.
